Everyone is welcome - beginners and advanced practitioners alike. There is no requirement to attend the whole session.
You can stay for as little or as long as you like.
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to relax. You may sit on chairs or in pews and as well, cushions are provided for sitting cross-legged on the floor.
Sessions start at 7 pm with 5 minutes of guided instruction and silent practice for about 20 minutes, followed by walking meditation, then another 20 minute sitting practice. We end with a Guided Loving Kindness Contemplation.
At 8 pm, there is a Q & A for any questions you may have about meditation practice. Upon request, there may be a dharma talk or conversation.
Very rarely, when the Meditation Instructors are unavailable, there will not be guided instruction but a Time Keeper will be present to allow for silent sitting meditation practice.
